My situation wasn't simple — self-employed, income through a company and trust structure, and buying under the 5% deposit scheme — and he knew exactly how to package it for the bank.He walked me through every document, kept me updated at each stage, and got unconditional approval back ahead of the finance date on my contract, with a competitive rate.The reason I appreciate his service is because of how responsive he was. Questions got answered the same day, usually within the hour, and he was straight with me about what the bank would and wouldn't accept. He always kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
